  1. Is Webspace included with my dial-up package?
    Yes!  On request you will receive 10 meg of Webspace.  A request form is available online.  You must have an active Dial-Up Account and Primary E-Mail Address.  You may then request activation of one or more of your additional E-Mail addresses.

  2. I will be traveling, can I use my access elsewhere?
    Yes!  This is called "Roaming".  To avoid long distance calls, you will want to locate a POP (Point Of Presence) in the area you will be dialing from.  The number you choose must be from within the same Network Realm you have signed up for.  For example, if you have signed up for "qw" (Qwest), you must locate a number for the area you want to dial in from in the "qw" Realm.  There may not always be a number available for the area you have "Roamed" to.
  3. Do I need any "special software" to use your service?
    No!  Though a lot of ISP's force you to install a customized "dialer" and/or browser and/or require you to start your access through their "home page", we've made it simple.  Most of today's PC's are "Internet Ready" and already have the necessary hardware and software necessary to access our Network.
  4. Does your service really provide "unlimited" access?
    Yes!  True unlimited access is dependent on the Network Realm you select.  "qw" has a 200/hr/mo use limit and and "uu" has a 150/hr/mo use limit.  In the ISP industry, access of 150 hour or more is considered "unlimited".  We didn't invent this, but we have to compete with those that use this term.  On the downside, it is confusing to customers.  However, imposing a limit, does in fact help promote better service by minimizing customer abuse.  Let's face it, it's pretty hard to rack up a 150 hour online in just a month.  You would have to sit at your PC connected online for five hours each and every day just to reach the limit!
  5. What is Auto-Pay?
    Auto-Pay is our automatic payment system.  As a subscriber, you can have your quarterly payments deducted automatically form either you credit card or checking account.  No more invoices to pay and no service interruptions due to a mislaid and forgotten billing.  Auto-Pay enrollment will be online soon.  You may contact us directly at (440) 842-6986 to enroll now!
  6. I didn't find my answer in your FAQs.  Now what?

  7. How do I get my additional E-Mail addresses?
    Up to five (5) E-Mail addresses are included with your EZDial.Net Dial-Up access account.  You must have an active Dial-Up Account and Primary E-Mail Address.  You may then request activation of one or more of your additional E-Mail addresses.

  8. How can I report a problem?
    Before reporting a problem, check our FXtra Network status reports.  Known Network problems are reported in this area.   Follow the instructions found in this area for reporting any problems.

  9. Do you provide web hosting services?
    Yes, web hosting is available through FXtra Network.  If you are already an EZDial.Net customer, you will want to check out our National Commercial ValuePak which combines web hosting and ISP services in one simple full-featured plan at a further reduced rate.  All hosting packages include FREE domain registration.
